Today our chat is really centred around wearables.  How accurate exactly is the whoop, Fitbit, our ring and Apple Watch that you rely on each day to give you your health and well-being information and how we can use this sometimes flawed data in a healthy and constructive way.

Sian is a scientist but has a wonderful way of explaining sometimes very nuanced information in a really digestible way.
