The Rift is a 200 km (125 miles) off-road bike race through the dark lava fields in the highlands of Iceland. It traverses the continental rift between North America and Eurasia - a rift that grows one inch every year. The growth is evident with vast lava fields all around creating a surreal landscape. A landscape that is remote, rugged and unpredictable!

Self supported ride across the Wicklow Way. Wicklow Way is a 131-kilometre long-distance trail that crosses the Wicklow Mountains in Ireland. It runs from Marlay Park in the southern suburbs of Dublin through County Wicklow and ends in the village of Clonegal in County Carlow. 3200 meters climbing

For the last few years, a few passionate souls have canvassed the beautiful off-road gems around the Galway Wind Park in County Galway. That passion, along with a devious wink and nod to our cousin—the Galway Classic—has culminated in a cycling adventure so unique it can only be described as “Gravel Craic.”

What is Gravel Craic? It’s a little bit of everything Ireland has to offer for a truly unique gravel cycling adventure. Forest roads. Farm roads. Boreen roads. Single track. And a whole bunch of good ‘ole gravel!

Everything changed in 2015. The dream of an enduro-style gravel race – with an emphasis on fun and inclusivity – became a reality when Grinduro kicked off in Quincy, California.

In 2017 the concept travelled to Scotland and the first international event took place. And in 2019 Grinduro became the first truly global gravel event series as its reach grew to include Canada and Japan.

For 2022, our horizons have expanded once more, and Grinduro has quickly become one of the most recognizable event brands in the world of cycling. It’s not because of the catchy name or the stylized branding, it’s because this event offers the Perfect Party to Race Ratio!
