Jeremiah Bishop kicked off his professional MTB career in 1999 and it's a career that is still thriving despite Jeremiah being the wrong side of 40 years old. In this conversation Jeremiah shares his secret to longevity in the sport. It's something I've already started to implement and can't wait to see the fruits of this change.
