Joe Friel is an endurance sports coach best known as an elite triathlon and cycling coach and author of the ICONIC "The Cyclists Training Bible". He has also been active in business as the founder of TrainingPeaks, a web-based software company that millions of athletes world wide use.

It was such an honour to have Joe on the podcast.  His book was a huge influence in my cycling and coaching journey and he is a legend in our sport.
